Due to the alleged offenses committed by the Garfield Athletics program during the 2010 boys soccer season and this year’s football season, Jim Valiere, Garfield’s Athetic Director, has been put on administrative leave, both football coaches, Anthony Allen and Anthony Kelly, had to resign, and the football team will not be able to play postseason games until the fall of 2012.
